Conference streaming

Professional streaming with direction, graphics, and archive

Multi-camera streaming for conferences, corporate events, and company trainings. We deliver to YouTube, Vimeo, private URLs, and password-protected closed channels.

Conference streaming is the heart of any modern hybrid event. The quality of the stream determines whether online viewers stay to the end or drop off after the first 5 minutes. Our conference streaming service includes multi-camera capture, live direction, professional audio, and graphics that appear exactly when they should.

What separates our streaming from a standard one-camera setup? The approach. When we run conference streaming, we have a video engineer switching between cameras in real time (close-up on the speaker, wide hall shot, presentation slide), an audio operator monitoring wireless mic signals and isolating room noise, and a producer moderating breaks between sessions.

Our streaming is ready for corporate clients who require closed access. We support password-protected streams (for internal events), private URLs (for specific audiences), and public channels (YouTube, Vimeo). For multilingual conferences we add separate audio tracks per language with professional interpretation overlay.

Technically - everything runs with a backup internet channel and a second encoding station on standby. Quality from 720p to 4K (HDR when needed), bitrate from 3 Mbps to 25 Mbps depending on target. Recording is delivered within 24-48 hours in your preferred format.

How we deliver

1

Prep

We survey the venue, test the internet, configure cameras and audio for the stage and audience.

2

Setup

On event day we deploy a video engineer, audio operator, and producer. We start with a test stream 1-2 hours before the first session.

3

Broadcast

During the event we direct live, add graphics, and respond to technical issues. Post-event, you get the recording, materials, and analytics.

Common questions

What quality is your conference streaming?
Our standard is 1080p at 5-8 Mbps bitrate, sufficient for all modern devices. For specific cases (4K, high dynamic range) we offer 4K at 15-25 Mbps. For mobile viewers we use adaptive bitrate that matches their connection speed.
Can the stream go to our own website or platform?
Yes - we feed the signal to any platform that accepts RTMP, HLS, SRT, or WebRTC. We often integrate with corporate LMS platforms, private video hosts, or client websites. For closed corporate events we set up password access or SSO.
What does conference streaming cost for a one-day event?
Depends on scale. For a one-day conference with 1 hall, 3-4 cameras, production, graphics, and recording, the typical budget is BGN 3,500 - 7,000. More complex formats (multi-track, multilingual translation, 4K) are quoted separately. For an exact quote, send us a brief description of the event.
What happens if the venue internet drops?
We bring a mobile 5G router as a backup channel that takes over automatically if the main internet drops. The encoder bonds the two channels for a seamless transition. A second encoding station is on standby for hardware failures.
Can we get the recording immediately after the event?
Yes - a raw stream recording is available immediately (usually in YouTube Studio or direct download from our server). The final edited recording with intros, graphics, and split-by-session delivery comes within 24-48 hours.
