How many attendees can a hybrid event you organize handle?
Our platform handles up to 10,000 concurrent online viewers. On-site we work with halls from 50 to 1,500 people, and we can coordinate multi-track sections across parallel halls when needed.
What does the price of hybrid event organization include?
A standard package covers production (cameras, audio, direction), platform (registration, check-in, streaming, Q&A), recording and publishing, plus on-site coordination. Additional services (translation, multilingual streaming, large expo zone) are quoted separately. For an exact quote, send us a brief description of the event.
How much lead time do we need?
For a standard hybrid event with 200-300 attendees we recommend 4-6 weeks. For more complex projects (multi-track, multilingual streaming, expo zone) we suggest 8-12 weeks of preparation.
Can we use our own venue and equipment?
Yes - we work in our studio or at your location. When we come to you, we bring a portable production station and can integrate your existing gear if it meets the spec.
What happens if the stream goes down?
We have automatic failover to a backup internet channel and a second encoding station on standby. Across 200+ productions to date, we haven't had a public stream interruption longer than 30 seconds.
