These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Big Dreams Group EOOD (hereinafter "the Company"), UIC 207604498, with registered office at: Sofia, Bulgaria, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the User") accessing the website hybridevent.bg (hereinafter "the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use in accordance with the Bulgarian Commerce Act (Търговски закон) and the Electronic Commerce Act (Закон за електронната търговия).

The Company provides professional hybrid event organization services, including but not limited to: live streaming, recording, technical support, interactive solutions, event registration systems, presentation management, Q&A platforms, and related technology services. The specific scope of services for each event is defined in individual service agreements with clients.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, design elements, and trademarks, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act (Закон за авторското право и сродните му права) and applicable international intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
5. User Obligations

Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably within 30 days of written notification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Bulgarian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
