It unifies everything modern event organization requires: registration and payment, badge and check-in, streaming and Q&A, attendee networking and certificates - in one place, on one domain, under your brand.

Why a single event platform instead of stitching 5 different tools (Eventbrite + Zoom + Slido + ...)? Because every new tool means a new login for the attendee, a new dashboard for the organizer, and a new integration that might break. When everything lives in one event platform, the experience is smooth on both sides - a registered user moves directly from registration into check-in, into streaming, into Q&A, without switching apps.

Our platform is built for the Bulgarian and regional market - supports BGN payments (Stripe + local operators), Cyrillic in badges and certificates, multilingual UI (Bulgarian + English), GDPR-compliant data handling. We deliver the platform as SaaS (hosted by us) or white-labeled under your own domain.

Beyond the core, the event platform supports more specialized cases: AI-powered check-in with face recognition, on-site badge printing, live voting and polls, an expo zone with virtual sponsor booths, and attendee match-making by interest. For each event we configure only what you need - you don't pay for features you won't use.

Common questions

What does our event platform cover?
Six core modules: registration (with payment), check-in (AI or QR), streaming (hybrid), live Q&A, an expo zone for sponsors, and certificates. Each module works on its own, but the experience is most complete when combined.
Does the platform support Bulgarian payments?
Yes - Stripe (Visa/MC cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), plus local BG operators for direct transfers. We issue VAT-compliant invoices per Bulgarian tax law (with UIC, representative, and address). Bulk invoicing is available for corporate clients.
Can the platform run on our own domain?
Yes - white-label under your domain (event.yourcompany.bg) with your SSL certificate. This includes email templates (sent from your address), certificates, and badges - everything in your brand.
How many attendees can it handle?
Up to 10,000 concurrent online viewers for streaming, up to 50,000 registered in the master database, up to 500 check-ins per minute. For the largest events (national conferences, industry forums) we've scaled to 100,000+ registrations.
What does using the platform cost?
Pricing is project-based. For one-off events: a fixed package based on features and attendee count. For recurring events (annual conferences, quarterly trainings): a subscription with better terms. For an exact quote, send us a description of the event.
