Viktor Angelov is co-founder and CTO of Tracewise, a Sofia-based observability company used by more than 900 engineering teams. Before Tracewise he spent eight years in site reliability engineering at a large travel booking platform. He leads the company's work on LLM tracing and speaks about running AI features with the same discipline as any other service.
