Prof. Dr. Todor Ganchev is Vice Chairman of the Expert Board and heads the digital health department at the National Medical Academy. He coordinated the country's first national telemedicine pilot and advises hospitals on digital transformation. His research covers health systems management and the use of data in clinical decisions.
